My obsession with high-stakes worlds, fated mates, and magic began when I was a teenager in Hungary. I spent years lost in the pages of epic fantasy, captivated by stories where ordinary people fought extraordinary battles for love and survival.

Life moved forward. In 2011, I made the life changing move to the UK, eventually finding my true home here in Brighton in 2019. I fell completely in love with this city, a coastal sanctuary where the salt air meets absolute creative freedom, and where everyone is celebrated for exactly who they are, no matter what. It is here that I found the love of my life, who supports every dream and ambition I come up with, alongside an incredible circle of people I am lucky to call friends. And, because every main character embarking on a magical quest needs a familiar, we share our home with our fluffy little Persian cat, Igor, who officially rules the realm.

In 2023, the magic called me back. I fell headfirst into the sweeping world of modern Romantasy, and my teenage passion for reading was instantly reignited. As my personal bookstacks grew, so did a persistent, beautiful dream: to create a dedicated physical sanctuary for the books we love.

Plot, Poison & Pages was born from that dream.

As a reader, I know how hard it can be to hunt down the perfect special editions, track down spicy enemies-to-lovers tropes, or find a community that matches your reading obsession. I wanted to change that. This shop is being built to bring all of those dark academia, high-fantasy, and steamy Romantasy treasures together into one exquisite place, making them effortless to find, hold, and buy.

What started as a quiet dream is officially stepping into Chapter One. Our first physical bookstall setup is currently in progress, and I cannot wait to welcome you to the table.
