Shipping policy

Order Processing, Pre-Orders & Dispatch

• Domestic Shipping: We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

• Processing Times: Standard in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days prior to dispatch. Estimated delivery timelines depend on the courier service selected at checkout.

• Pre-Orders & Combined Orders:

  • If your order contains both in-stock items and a pre-order title, your entire order will be held and shipped together in a single delivery once the pre-order item is available for release.

  • If you require in-stock books or merch to be dispatched immediately, please place separate orders at checkout so individual postage costs are covered.

• Address Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring your shipping address is accurate during checkout. Address changes must be requested immediately via email and cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
